As a server owner or developer please always consider the things you can do to increase API usage (eg, making feature or pull requests, preferring API-driven plugins). As always, plugins using the API should be preferred for this reason. There are no substantial breakages expected for plugins using non-experimental API this release. The primary change is that all content which was previously experimental and required the 1.20 data pack is now generally available. As a result of 1.19.4 (which was released less than three months ago) already including the vast majority of changes and new content, this is in fact a very small update.
